Reiki Healing

Reiki is a Japanese holistic healing practice that originated in the early 20th century. The word "Reiki" combines two Japanese characters: "rei," meaning universal or spiritual, and "ki," which refers to life energy or vital force. Developed by Mikao Usui, Reiki is based on the concept of channeling this universal life energy to promote healing, balance, and relaxation. Usui Reiki emphasizes the transfer of universal life energy through the hands of the practitioner to facilitate healing and balance in the recipient's body, mind, and spirit.

Reiki promotes healing by channeling universal life energy through the hands of the practitioner into the recipient's body. The practitioner acts as a conduit for this energy, allowing it to flow to areas where there may be imbalances or blockages. The transferred energy helps to stimulate the body's natural healing processes, promoting relaxation, reducing stress, and supporting overall well-being. Many individuals report experiencing a sense of calm, improved energy flow, and relief from various physical or emotional issues after Reiki sessions. The healing process in Reiki is often considered holistic, addressing the interconnectedness of the body, mind, and spirit.
